Exchanges and Returns

We want a super cool(ish) experience with Bregga. If any product arrived at mal estado, let us know by email (bregga.co@gmail.com) within 5 business days with the subject "Product Exchange", explaining what happened.

Do not send the product back without our email authorization. 

The Product must be:

  • Unused;

  • In its original packaging; 

  • Accompanied by all accessories received.

The deadline for analysis by our team is 7 (seven) working days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.

A Bregga reserves the right not to accept the return of the product if the above has not been observed.

In this case, the returned product will be sent back to the customer without prior consultation.


The shipping costs for e return are costs borne by customer.

The choice of the new product must respect the minimum value of the original product. If the value of the chosen product is greater than that of the original product, the difference must be paid. 

For returns in case of payments made via credit card, we will contact your card issuer. The reversal period will follow the rules of same, and it may take from one to two invoices depending on the due date of your invoice.


For orders paid by bank slip or bank deposit, the amount may be refunded to a current account, owned by the person responsible for the CPF registered in the order.
